Mission

Agent’s Eye View believes that all aspiring authors should have access to comprehensive, professional editorial services that prepare them and their work for publication.

Authors who choose one of its three services — the Query Letter Read, the Reader’s Report, or the Editorial Letter — gain access to practical, professional advice for developing their manuscripts. For authors who are ready to take the next step towards publishing, these services give them clear insight into how a Literary Agent would evaluate their work, plus practical advice for making a strong first impression.

Founder

Allison Keene is a publishing professional in New York City. Her focus in trade publishing includes middle grade and young adult fiction, literary and upmarket fiction, and creative nonfiction. She has experience as a Reader for a Senior Literary Agent and as a writing consultant and university instructor. She earned her M.A. in English literature from Duquesne University and continuing education credits from the New York University School of Professional Studies.

She is a member of the Women’s National Book Association and the Freelancers Association of America.
