Reader’s report

When you submit your manuscript to an Agent, the first person to read it will be a Literary Assistant or Reader. They will generate a Reader’s Report for the Agent, who will use it to decide whether to acquire. Commission a Reader’s Report to see how your manuscript might be received.

What you’ll receive

A 300-400 word broad assessment of a manuscript, including the following:

  • Strengths: unique and successful aspects of the book

  • Growth Areas: recommendations for revision

  • Market Positioning: how the book will fit in the literary market

PRICE

$300 for a manuscript up to 100,000 words. For manuscripts over the word count, contact me for a price assessment.

Apply the credit from a completed Reader’s Report to an Editorial Letter of the same manuscript.
